Held - Birth Support

  • 6 hours of time together in your home to support you through pregnancy and prepare for birth (typically three 2 hour sessions).
  • Birth plan created for you, which you can print out and email to your care team.
  • Text and voice message support throughout our time together, from our first prenatal session to our final postpartum visit.
  • On call from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby, with 24/7 phone support during this time.
  • Attendance and support at your chosen place of birth.
  • One postpartum home visit, which includes 3 hours of support.
