is to talk about the experience you want to create. Then we can look at what you and your partner need, to create your experience together.

I’m here to support the ways you want to prepare for your birth.

Supportive Conversations

  • With you and your partner

  • Or time dedicated just for YOU

  • The space to ask questions and talk through your experience

  • Unpack the stories you hold around birth

  • Explore the potential pathways your birth might take, and talk through your preferences for each path

  • Chat about comfort measures and labour positions that feel supportive for you

Three people sitting at a wooden table, engaged in a conversation or activity. A woman on the left, wearing a cream knit sweater, is holding a gold pen and writing or drawing in a spiral notebook. A pregnant woman in the middle, wearing a beige striped blouse, is looking at what the first woman is doing with a gentle smile. A man on the right, in a gray shirt, is slightly turned towards them. On the table, there are three mugs, a glass of water, and some books or magazines.

Creating a Birth Plan

Together we can clarify your choices, and piece them together to create your birth plan. You can use this to:

  • Guide conversations with your partner and your care team

  • Inform your choices in pregnancy, birth and the immediate postpartum period

  • Offer practical guidance for how others will support you as your birth unfolds

Practical Support

  • Pre-cooked meals for your freezer and dry mixes for your pantry, prepared by me in your kitchen.

  • In-home support to prepare for:

    - Rest and recovery in postpartum

    - Meeting your needs while feeding your baby

    - Safe sleep for your baby and family

  • Preparing a birth space that feels like home

  • Creating a to-do list, packing your hospital bag and organising your labour tool kit
